- DDDesireeDec 17, 20251.0The assistant bank manager refused to cash my business check clearly drawn under TD bank he kept asking me if I was the owner. According to the Articles of Incorporation and EIN and Tax returns yes! After lying and saying he could not I called customer service and they confirmed its at the banks discretion. Judging by his discretion he is unethical, immoral, biased and racist. Black women own legitimate businesses. Life always has a way of shifting one day he will be on the receiving end of someone else's discretion. I may be one small business but I do network and those businesses network. Imagine how many thousands of people I will tell my story to. Dont bank at TD America's most Discriminatory Bank!
