  Very strange that the bank does not have a single person working there that is a licensed notary. Very inconvenient for a bank that prides itself as being the most convenient bank in the industry their standards have really fallen off. The people working there were quite nice however. They greeted me immediately when I walked in and tried to help me. Instead though, sent me to another TD Bank nearby where the staff were incredibly rude.

  Visited this branch to buy foreign currency after being advised that no account is required to do this, just a passport. The lady was very short and unhelpful telling me that "today" they only sell currencies to account holders, when I questioned this she only shrugged her shoulders. A few minutes later I asked again and showed their non account holder policy on their website, she then informed me that it's up to the branch manager. I asked to speak to the manager, James, who was very uncaring and had the same attitude as his colleague and simply told me we cannot buy dollars even though their website states we should be able to. Both of them were disrespectful and we felt we were being treated differently for not being local when we were trying to use their branch for business. This is unacceptable behaviour and customer care.
