- ACAlexandra CSep 29, 20251.0I asked one of the consultants about the requirements for opening a bank account here. I also requested more information about the different tiers of accounts. However, not only did he fail to provide me with any details, but he also said he had no information on how to open an account at all. He even refused to print the information out for me as a client. I was genuinely shocked by his poor attitude and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, he yawned throughout the entire conversation.
