  They do not respond to emails nor answer the phone. They’ve listed specific numbers and email in their letter yet don’t respond even if I follow the exact procedure they state? They send threatening letters without any way to ask questions.

  This company failed to pay us monies owed that they had collected over the span of many years. When the fraud was discovered, our representative quit his position with the company.

  I keep getting nasty letters and calls from this company despite my debt to Alachua County, FL. being paid more than two years prior. The Clerk of Court for Alachua County, FL does NOT use this company (they use Pioneer Recovery.) Neither the County nor Pioneer know why NCS has my personal info and neither has authorized NCS Plus to act on their behalf. In fact, no one knows who NCS is and advised me that this is likely a scam. One more correspondence from them and I will contact my state's attorney's office. My advice: Don't EVER correspond with this company; work directly with whomever your debt originated with.
