I asked for a manager
- JGJorge GomezJan 15, 20251.0I needed short term disability for an arm injury that needed surgery, and they only paid me $25 (Twenty Five Dollars) for three weeks of not working. When I called to cancel the claim completely so that I can instead use my vacation and sick days, my case manager did not, then got upset at me because I told her she didn't explain the process to me. She blamed me and my employer for not explaining the process to me. Then she hung up on me. When I called back, a rep told me her supervisor was going to call me within 24-48 hours, but they never did. It doesn't look like they care at all. With all sincerity. They suck!!!!
