  The branch managers Mr. Kong and Ms. Wai are both dedicated, courteous and efficient professionals. We were able to work together quite expeditiously and efficiently to get through all the complexities of obtaining a home loan, and ultimately closed the deal satisfactorily. Throughout the process, whenever we needed clarification and more information, Ms.Wai was always available and even went out of her way to assist us during off hours. Big thumbs up to all the staff at this branch. We are confident they will continue to flourish in bringing about positive change to the community and in helping many others realizing their home buying dreams.

  They don't issue UnionPay Cards, but there is no information about it on their website.

  If i could leave zero stars I would. The staff is rude and incompetent. They answer to my questions with ''i don't know..." and said they don't give you the option of making bank-to-bank transfers!
