JOSELYN at Broadway and 96 street branch, who took care and also took the time to explain my situation is the reason I still have the bank account active. What a wonderful, knowledgeable professional person she is.
- SNSusan NierenbergJul 4, 20252.0Usually only one( once is awhile a second) teller on duty and last time I was there she was doing a transaction that lasted 30 minutes on the clock- after 12 people stood in line, another teller came on- several bank people there claiming they were not tellers. This is an everyday occurrence - it routinely takes 20-30 minutes online for me to pay my Mastercard- I do not use the machines,. They should have a person dedicated to these very long transactions like they used to have when the branch was across the street., The slowest bank in the neighborhood.
