Their teller services have refused to close my account twice and given me the run around on things that I need to do before they can close it. Personal Banking “who would be able to help me”, ignored me. Just call the customer service line and save yourself the effort. They closed my account over the course of a 6 minute phone call. I wouldn’t bank with them again.
