- MPMark PermannDec 19, 20252.0Despite showing bill choices on the opening screen, ATM didn't allow me to make them and gave no warning of same. When I returned the next day, with receipt, teller confirmed that only customers can choose bills, and they would not make change. I don't fault the teller - she suggested Chase, who did make change for me, and she gets the 2nd star. Note to Citi: if your ATM charges a transaction fee and you advertise bill choices, I *am* your customer.

Tellers and managers remember my name and go out of their way to give friendly, personalized service. I now live closer to another branch location but continue to walk back to this one because of the consistent high quality service.
