They may mess up with the terms on your savings by not correctly stating the details and cause money loss on you or they may handle your document improperly. Citi needs to hire more competent people to manage other people’s money, not to hire people so they are just sales person promoting the deals Edit: since the last review, Citi has not resolved the issue yet. The personal banker admitted his mistake but was also unprofessional and would not respond to the email later. I will not be doing additional business with Citi anymore.
