- AAAdvisorDec 22, 20251.0Zero customer awareness. Line to speak with someone at the window and instead of the manager assisting and jumping on a terminal to help, instead waits and pulls a representative while in the middle of helping someone. This Citi branch doesn’t care about its constituents.

- EBE BSep 12, 20251.0Where to start— phone calls not returned, no response to emails. Cannot reach a RM or financial advisor at this branch. Manager does not answer phone. In summary- lack of customer service. I’ve contacted Citi gold customer service 800 number but not much they could do other than take notes and file a complaint. I do not recommend this branch if you’re interested in investment services.
