Inside the safe deposit area there were files and trash all over the floor. The banker and I ended up getting locked in there and we had to use ball point pens to jam open the door to get out. Luckily there were many pens just lying on the floor.

You can feel this is a well run branch with professional and polished staff. A wonderful experience. Want to say this branch is the welcome opposite of the branch at 96th street. Save yourself time and aggravation: avoid that 96th Street location. A teller at that branch told me the paper I handed her had missing information so she couldn't do the wire transfer, yet that same sheet of information was everything Jazmin needed.
