- ILIngrid LiJul 12, 20193.0no complaints about the staff or the facilities, but I recently tried to deposit a check on my phone, and the system could not read it even though it was computer generated and not something in sloppy handwriting. I called and was told I had to come to a branch to deposit personally. Great, but every branch closes at 5 PM. Really? How a bout a little customer service?
