I’ve never been rushed off the phone like that when I asked questions I would get interrupted and told to call customer service when I asked if they can send me customer service phone number they hung up. I proceeded to call back When I got on the phone. They were extremely rude and upset that I called back. I just need some help. I’m trying to help out my grandfather. He is an elderly man and doesn’t know how to use his iPhone or his mobile banking app. Someone needs to show these guys how to speak on the phone.

Noone seems to care about customer or their concerns, branch manager nowhere to be found. Worst branch in NYC. Once i submitted, no response and feedback for a few months and I go back to the same guy, another hour of questions emails phone calls and he figures out one document was not filled completely...apparently it's my fault. Total time waste...
