They changed a certain procedure without posting what the new procedure would be. That is very unprofessional. So I asked to speak to the manager and I WAITED 50 MINUTES to speak to a Mr Antigua and he never appeared. I never write reviews but this whole experience disgusted me so much I had to say something. So people if you can avoid this citibank branch located on 116 st and first Ave DO IT!!!!!!!!
