Now, ALL the tellers are nice , and their service are super fast compared to other location and other bank 👍 Recently there’s a new teller also, Sayem Islam , he so nice ! He assisted me once and for the 2nd visit hé already know and remembered me .
- ANA NAug 19, 20191.0This branch is a safe haven for criminals. They allow people to make withdrawls with phony cards and then do nothing. They will let any person walk in and use their ATM machine with fake cards to clean out checking and savings accounts EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE. I had my checking account cleaned out from my non CitiBank account at this branch. The manager and employees will not help or answer any questions so they may be in on the scam, im not sure. This branch appears to be a front for a criminal organization. Please if you value your money DO NOT BANK here. The manager appears to be in on it, she was very rude and refused to talk with me about the issue and became very defensive with me asking simple questions. Investigation on going.
