Across multiple visits, experiences varied: initial delays were courteously explained by one manager, though others proved stern or terse, with inconsistent guidance on transactions. Teller Ahmed Elfred stood out for his remarkable patience, commendably handling demanding situations calmly. I also saw him kindly assist an elderly customer at the ATM. One teller, Jamie Monroy, consistently shone—patient, non-judgmental, precise, and gracious, redeeming frustrations like unhelpful staff, managerial absences during peak hours, and irrelevant digressions on minor matters. Such an excellent representative. I also exchanged with another brilliant universal banker, Amy Jeenarine, who steps into any role effortlessly. She’s calm, collected, well-dressed, and personable, another shining star. I was pleasantly helped on my latest visit by the staff. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.
