    Terrific customer service at this branch. I came in to close some accounts & the customer behind me in line started harrassing me directly for taking too long (it hadn’t even been 5 minutes!). The manager politely but firmly called the customer out, stating that they wouldn’t tolerate disrespect. I now have a new role model for dealing with rude people. Thank you to the team for standing up for me and making me feel respected as a client and person in general!

    Never had an issue withdrawing funds until two very specific reps. It is not about their race or culture but I notice I never had an issue withdrawing until them. They work differently than the rest of the team by creating an unwelcoming environment. The teller who appears Asian as well as their manager who appears to be also Asian gave horrible service. They decided to make things even more difficult and it would be a top tier branch without them. They give horrible advice and dont know how to service like the rest of their team. My personal information was broadcasted and I no longer feel secure with my account. The second time I went to them was worse than the first. I hope there is a professional that can oversee and correct their issue.

    Darlene and Ganessa offer world class service at this citi bank branch. Even though their system was down, they remained committed to helping me resolve an issue with my account. Super personable service— so so professional. Service so good, They deserve a raise!!! Ask for them next visit.

    I didn’t know others and have no any business connection with this bank Since I came across Miss brenda Mc I like her and feel she is nice person 👍 If it's easy to get a job at a Citibank these days. I would like to have try 😊 I could memorize lots of clients treat them as my family friends. Try to be useful and sincerely to people surround me 😊🐶😀
