- BTBarry TornickOct 14, 20251.0I have been a Citibank customer for 45 years. I have had three CDs and prior to maturity, and I always got a call before they renewed. This time I didn’t get a call until the last day of the grace period, and I was not available to take the call. I tried to contact the branch the next day but got recordings and no call back until after the grace period. The CD renewed at a rate that I would not have accepted and was told two days after the grace period that it was too late to change it. The service is terrible, and I am considering making a change.
