I had a bad experience at this branch is because I wanted to open a joint CD account with my wife, the banker states both customer have to present at the branch to open a joint account. I told the banker she could to remote account opening, she an existing citibank customer and is available right now. Banker responded Citibank do not offer remote opening any more, both of us have to present at the branch. Quickly after he opened the account with 0 interaction. I feel very disrespected, very likely due to my skin or my race. The banker select what to do say/ what to do to. And not following the actual bank’s guild lines.

I had an issue with the account and she was able to resolve it quickly. Banks can generally get negative reviews but my experience dealing with Nato and the team were very positive.
