I was promised an email about my account status, which I never received, and the staff has been unresponsive to my calls and visits. The delays are unacceptable, and it seems there is a lack of communication and understaffing that is affecting service. The manager of the branch Felix is completely unresponsive. It's a bizarre and unprofessional way to treat clients. I do not recommend Citi for anyone looking for reliable and responsive banking services. Very frustrating experience.
