    I walked into Citibank this week just to ask if they issue money orders for non-clients, and I ended up having one of the best banking experiences I’ve ever had. I met with Ahmed Elfert, who explained everything clearly and let me know that money orders are available for clients. He then helped me open a checking account and showed me how I could take advantage of a special holiday bonus offer. Ahmed made the whole process extremely easy. While we were talking, I mentioned that I’ve been struggling to save because of the interest on my other credit cards. He took the time to understand my situation and recommended a Citi credit card with 0% APR for over a year. He helped me apply on the spot and I was approved while we were finishing the account opening. On top of that, the entire branch staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — everyone was smiling and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I promised them to share my experience with everyone! Thanks to Ahmed and the team, I now feel like I finally have a plan to save, catch up, and become debt-free. Truly exceptional service — highly recommend speaking with him if you need real guidance and support.
