Ivan's customer service was excellent. He resolved my issue within 5 minutes. Really appreciated his assistance and effort.

The manager, Anthony helped me unravel complex account issues; Luis has made some very good money management suggestions. The tellers are very professional and nice. I appreciate that the staff has stayed on and that they know me. In the reviews, the one star 'man in a black suit trolling' is juvenile and a waste of everyone's time. It reminds me of when kids used to call people on rotary phones and ask 'Is your refrigerator running?' IYDK look it up.
