Geneve NG was incredibly rude, acting as if helping customers was a burden. I was ignored for several minutes while she chatted among themselves instead of assisting me. The lack of basic customer service skills was shocking for a supposedly professional financial institution. I will never return to this branch and would warn others to avoid it due to the consistently rude behavior. And I even saw that banker Geneve Ng yelled at an old man and ask him to get out of the office. It was super rude and ridiculous!
