- RCRoya CohenApr 15, 20251.0Run away! I have had a very negative experience with this bank. They made a huge mistake on 6 of my accounts, in their favor. It took over 2 months of emails to get them fixed. One was never fixed. Their staff ,Angela is extremely rude, and ill mannered. Their right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. stay away from this bank, as it’s the worst one in our area.

I have been trying to reach this branch on the phone for SEVERAL MONTHS and literally have NEVER GOTTEN ANYONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE. I no longer live in the city so I can't go in person, and I am trying to cancel a money order, which no one on the main Citibank line is able to do - it must be done by the branch they say. How can you just NOT PICK UP YOUR PHONE????? What kind of a business (let alone a bank branch) is this???
