Waited over 35 mins on hold, requested a callback, then was transferred and disconnected after 20 mins. The website gave an error saying to call instead. It feels like Citibank advertises this benefit but makes it unusable. Very disappointed in the lack of accessibility and support for a service they promote heavily.

They also show an amount due, you pay it and then they come back and change the amount due and levy a late charge. One then has to call them to get the late charge removed. This bank is ethically challenged and i will never use them again.

They say they’re gonna send me a letter in the mail, never get the letter. Cannot verify me although they know it’s me they’re talking to. Account access is prohibited until remedied. But nobody can help… It is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever experienced. 0 Stars.
