I consistently spend about 15 to 20 minutes trying to deposit money because the ATM's can never read bills (I've taken the same bills and deposited them at chase down the block with no issues) I've had the ATM freeze in the middle of my transaction and seen that happened to others also. PLEASE FIX YOUR ATM'S

The bank is also spacious and on the ground floor, a plus for older folks who may not be able to use the stairs or escalators. The bank teller was very friendly and greeted me with a genuine, friendly smile. He made my banking experience pleasant. He was very professional. I can't recall his name, but I think it began with the letter A. I would recommend that folks visit this branch location.
