  A mess. I asked for my account information and the teller writes the swift code on a sticky note. I asked for a real document on letterhead and she claims she doesn’t do that. So I ask for a banker and she said the whole bank doesn’t print things. So then she asks her manager and claims he also said they don’t do that. Gotta be a joke.

  2 minutes from my house, but, I prefer this from the Bronx, disrespectful staff, everything is bad except the lady with a dark complexion. Bad service.

  I have been with this bank for many years and cannot believe how unprofessional the manager as well as the teller works my disabled family member went to Citi bank he went to the teller the old lady to the very end she took $200 out of his account and ever give it to him an get the mind to give him someone’s else’s card when I went into the branch to speak to that unprofessional manager that thinks he’s smart but he’s not just try to baffle me thinking I’m stupid but I’m not stupid what he said was my family member er went to the atm withdrew the $200 an someone scammed his card an took the money an switch his card up mind you my family member went to the teller first she took the money an never give him an the unprofessional manager is telling me the person who scammed the card went to the teller an withdrew the money what sense does this make for me the are all thieves in Citi bank an they know about the money how can u give money to someone that the card doesn’t even belong to a person an my family member went to the teller first she took the money out an after he went to the atm an took $20 so I don’t know what kinda story is this it makes no sense to me all I can say they are thieves now I feel very insecure about this bank an I will have to seek another financial institution because anyone can go with someone else’s card an withdraw money from the teller an they don’t ask for id that’s insane what a shame the manager could tell me anyone can go to the teller an take money an don’t ask for id what a story omg please I need this issue to get to the owner of Citi bank because a disable man that went to the bank with no one accompanying him they can take advantage

  The bank manager, Granville McCallum told me that they refused to cash my check (which was drawn through Citi from a reputable company) solely because I did not have an account with them. He neglected to tell me this as he just brushed me off by laughing and saying, uh, no. Very unprofessional. I told him he was unprofessional in saying that and begged her told me why they would not cash it. He ignored me, only waving to me with a smile as he motioned to security to remove me. DO NOT ISE THIS BTANCH OF THE BANK.
