- AJAsa JohnsonSep 2, 20251.0Citi bank charges you to withdraw money at their atm if you are not a Citibank customer (common practice). The atms at this location do not let you choose denominations, don't tell you what denominations it will give you, and the teller will not make change (even though you just paid 3.50 for the cash withdrawal). Seems like a disconnect for a money supplier.

Despite visiting the branch multiple times since July 7, my account is still not open, and I’ve received no clear updates. I was promised an email about my account status, which I never received, and the staff has been unresponsive to my calls and visits. The delays are unacceptable, and it seems there is a lack of communication and understaffing that is affecting service. I do not recommend Citi for anyone looking for reliable and responsive banking services. Very frustrating experience.
