- ASAkeel S.Dec 26, 20255.0I thought I reviewed this location. I've never had an issue with this bank and... i think i might be the annoying customer :-( lol. I just budget weird). I cant say it enough, ive been to dozens of citi banks. This staff is extremely patient. Jack is one of the fastest tellers at this branch. I just think that this is how customer service is supposed to be. Reading some of the comments below im wondering if theyre reviewing wrong branch or if there is some bias in some of these reviews. I say this as someone who worked in customer service for 10 plus years and i took it serious. This is a damn good staff. Ive literally had every teller and manager at this branch at some point and ive never had an issue.

I was helped by employee Jack Zhang at the branch who was highly passive aggressive and rude as he dealt with my transaction. I didn't feel respected as a customer at this branch and probably will not be going back here again. On top of that, the branch was severely understaffed and the wait times in order to be seen are very lengthy.
