- CFCharles FraizerAug 17, 20251.0I came to this location to sit down with a personal banker regarding some issues I was facing with my account. I was helped by employee Jack Zhang at the branch who was highly passive aggressive and rude as he dealt with my transaction. I didn't feel respected as a customer at this branch and probably will not be going back here again. On top of that, the branch was severely understaffed and the wait times in order to be seen are very lengthy.
