  We weren’t immediately sure where to go after entering the bank, but Christopher at the teller counter noticed us from across the room, greeted us with a wave, and offered his assistance right away. We really appreciated his proactive attitude and everything he did to ensure an exceptionally seamless transaction experience. We can see why this is the highest-rated Citi branch in the city.

  I was experiencing a stressful situation while dealing with the Fraud team (offshore call center) to find out how to unlock my frozen account. I finally started calling Citi branches in NYC ( I live in NC and the closet branch office is VA) to locate someone in the US to help with resolution. First two branches went to a recording. My third call connected me with Selma Lavali-Greenridge. She was fantastic--she listened to the issue and actively became involved in finding a solution. It took several days and many phone calls but Selma found a solution that was helpful. Citi needs to use this as a teachable moment and to use Selma as the example of what excellent customer service looks like.

  This is definitely the best branch in New York City! Starting with the bank teller Dubraska, who helped me with a large deposit and appointed me to a Personal Banker to assist me in making a very important wire transfer which involved THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! A mistake would be catastrophic… Personal Banker Andrew Pena was flawless in assisting me with this very important wire transfer. I will definitely return to this branch to handle all my banking needs. professionalism and experience is the key to a successful business.
