- HLHill LaiFeb 11, 20251.0What an unprofessional branch, every time I visit I hear noises and laughing on the background seems like a branch full of jokers, bare minimum help when it comes to any servicing, bankers are barely seen on the desks, I went other day to open a checking account one of the banker said to make an appointment and she headed back to her desk, unprofessional. The teller line is always busy one teller only. This branch needs to focus on their customers.

I came to this branch to do a wire transfer but the employee Alyssa Guzman had some issues with me I don’t know why “maybe because of my background”!! and she started asking me personal questions and I understand that she has to verify and make sure that I’m the right person but why giving me an attitude for no reason and telling me I don’t feel comfortable to serve you? I’m closing the account at city bank and never dealing with them again!!
- JNJ NaokiAug 25, 20221.0I'd give this branch ZERO stars if I could. When opening a basic account they did not disclose the details of the account. Their BIG line is that the details are disclosed in tiny font point 4 writing that if you do not maintain $1500 then you'll be charged $12/mo. Though I am a Citigold member I was not told that my child's account could be householded under my own and then no charges would accrue. When we asked for some of the fees back they refused. The person we used here just speaks party lines and pretends to help, pretends to look into the situation and then does nothing. Stay away from this branch. Please listen: Go to Carroll Gardens Citi branch and speak to Roseanne. She is tops. She uses her position to help the consumer, without which there would be no Citi bank!
