The treatment towards my daughter and I is abusive. I’m a valid customer and owe no bill. I’ve been with BJs for over 2 decades and I’ve been married since 1996 when I got the BJs card. This bank needs to have more empathy and I can report to the FTC as this is disturbing. I would like the marketing manager for this bank, Carol, to contact me. I’m very hurt and Capital one should be ashamed of the way they’re treating me.
- BMBrigid MMar 7, 20245.0This is a Cafe location. Branch is open til 5 Cafe til 7. The tellers were helpful and helped fix my accounts. The Cafe manager (Gigi?) was also a big help to me when I was there last.
