    Capital One says it has a bank assistance program when you call for hardship then they say they only lend you money to buy a car they need to remove that

    Honestly thinking about closing my account. This branch is terrible, they lock all the inside ATMs after business hours, forcing everyone to crowd around the two outside machines. The lines are always long, and it’s ridiculous that getting your own money takes this much effort. Clearly, customer convenience isn’t a priority here.

    Please don’t use this ATM. This atm took money out my account and didn’t dispense any cash. Now I have to go through an investigation in order to get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible

    Horrible service to start secondly, if I can give it zero stars, I would third and most importantly I have a personal account and a business account with One since 2016 and it’s ridiculous that I go to withdraw $15,000 and I’m getting questioned as to what I’m doing with the money and they’re making it impossible for me to withdraw the money that I want and to top it all off I deposited a large amount of a check on the 22nd of August and they put a hold on it until 29 August and now because the stupid teller decided that she was envious of the amount of money that was in my account she decided to block the rest of the money being accessible to me and told me I have to wait until Tuesday, September 2
