- TLTaner LeventK.Jun 9, 20251.0Even 1 ⭐ is too much for this location agents here hates their customers,I was trying to deposit $500 cash this morning there was 4 agents none of them try to help me I waited more than 12 minutes and it was only me,All 4 agents chatting together and laughing I asked them how long will it take they told me if I am in rush go use the machine, and I did only took me 2 minutes with the machine, from now on I would rather use the machine than deal with this banking agents.

To make matters worse, a lady recorded me without my consent, and two other girls ignored my request to inform me that the ATM was closed. I want to emphasize that it's not right to record people without permission, especially when I just needed access to the ATM. 🙄

Thank you Capital One, I know what's in my wallet?! Update: The ATM hours have changed here. It closes @9pm. You cannot access the vestibule after @9pm, with or without your card.
