- DDDoctor DDandyJun 14, 20245.0I'm not a big fan of Key Bank as a company, but the tellers at this particular branch are something special. To make a long story short, I went in today because my account was compromised. It's very difficult for me to get there due to a lack of transportation, and I learned that I wouldn't be able to withdraw my paycheck from there until the next day. Under normal circumstances I'd be screwed because I cannot possibly make it to the branch tomorrow, I have no transportation and I'm on my last 20 bucks, so not only did the teller offer to literally drive my money to my house tomorrow, they even got me a ride back home today. To say that those people went above and beyond to help me is an understatement. That key bank branch is ran by angels. If any of you are reading this thank you, I owe you one. If anyone else from key bank is reading this, give those people some raises, they deserve it.
