I switched credit card processors to Key bank and he was with me every step of the way. His knowledge, patience, and follow up are exemplary and beyond any I have experienced at any bank. As a small business owner in the community for many years I have not seen such dedication to customers as he offers. Thank you Tom you are the best! :)
