- IWImani WilderFeb 23, 20231.0In all ) years of me being affiliated with this bank I’ve NEVER received such treatment. Apparently she the manager (Natalia Rivera) she is a very rude women. As customers service agent myself. I believe there’s a certain way you should carry yourself when dealing with the public and she was not it. She was very rude. Very condescending. After asking to speak with a manager she said she is the manager. And that if I called corporate they won’t do anything. After I said of can I get the number she puts me on hold just for me to be past off to someone’s else. Then when (Vanessa) gets on the phone she came defending her friend because that’s how it came off. I again asked for corporates number. Being passed of again a man (Johnathan) gets on and I ask him for corporates number. He puts me on hold again smh They literally passed the phone off to one another which EXTREMELY unprofessional he comes with this fake number. Because I definitely repeated to make sure it was right. And he okay it. This was very sad experience off of a question that still wasn’t answered. I wont hold the bank accountable but they need a new staff because that was ridiculous As location I will never return or advise anyone to go here. Ive never been so mistreated by someone’s Who supposed to help the customers. If your having an off day don’t be with the public!!!
