  Put your money somewhere is more safe and people are more nice. Check Deposits and direct deposits take forever to be cleared . Only department works here is Fraudalent department which is totally joke. They recenlty closed my business account for nothing , without communicating with me before deciding things based on stupid policies which does not have prove what they are claiming. I was targeted wrong , profiled all the time and felt huge discrimination!

  My experience has been excellent with this bank. Very courteous employees and managers. Always willing to help. We've had them do several tedious tasks (wires, cashier's checks, etc); they're always on top of things.

  Opened up an account and my subsequent deposit was bigger than they prefer so account was locked. After 3 days of trying to get it unlocked I received an unpleasant call saying, "I was not the type of person they wanted to bank with and my accounts were being canceled." Can't make that up if I tried. They were suppose to send me checks for the 3 accounts I opened, sent 2 but they're accounting didn't annotate which checks were for which accounts. After 4 phone calls, 2 branch visits, and 1 month, they finally said, "we'll get that last check to you." I then receive an letter in the mail wanting to charge me a $20 fee for a replacement check. Keybank wants to charge me to give me my money back after they closed my accounts. Can not make this stuff up. Almost 4 months later I have not received my money. Too many better banks out there, no point on dealing with Keybank.
