- BWBrenda WorkSep 10, 20241.0After many many years doing business with Key Bank, don't expect any consideration when it comes to customer service. My mother moved out of state and I needed to transfer her safe deposit contents from the New City branch. I closed the box of the 4th and the annual bill was due on the 8th. I was getting the 2nd key from mom and could've returned that on the 9th. But that was not acceptable. After about 45 minutes of a run around, I decided to just pay $40 to close the box and "pretend" I lost the key. The annual fee was only $90. The bank knows how to make money and upset customers!!! Ready to move elsewhere.

- JSJorge SanchezJun 9, 20235.0Good bank, good branch some of these people writing bad reviews or comments are entitled or did not have a good experience probably had a bad day these employees work hard to deal with your ignorance & impatience ya want to be spoon fed & for the employees to worship the ground you walk on walk a mile in their shoes you couldnt hateful comments for what see me ousside if its a problem im with all the smoke, as for tim, tim is not racist im hispanic & had multiple conversations with him & great help from him you soft for that comment you got a problem with someone you speak to them directly not write a bad review & damage the company i would @ you but google would take down my comment

The current manager, Gary, is an awesome guy who is very professional and treats everyone with respect. He does not try to 'sell' me services that do not benefit me as an individual and business owner. I feel very comfortable using this branch and doing business there. Very highly recommend!
