I visited the branch today with a family member Who currently has an account with this branch the teller who was the only one working behind the counter was only taking care of the customers who walked in the lobby we were at the drive-through We waited about 20 minutes until the teller Finally took care of us. The teller was rude and nasty. Don’t put your money in this bank at all cost!

- ZDZelma DennisDec 3, 20191.0I am so angry and annoyed right now it’s unbelievable. Once again, your bank has changed their hours of operation. These hours are awful and very inconvenient for most people who work 9-5pm. As I pulled up to the teller window I am told, “Sorry, we’re closed.” (As the screen descends in my face). To top it off when I try to call corporate to complain I am on the phone for over a half an hour (who knows probably longer, but I became annoyed and hung up.). I’m going to look for another bank that caters to customers and their needs. I would have gave 0 stars if I could. If you work a 9-5 then this is not the bank for you.
