- NHN. HayesApr 11, 20251.0I have to give this bank a zero. I’ve only had the account about a year. It’s been issue after issue after issue after issue after issue!!!!!! I’m not going to continue using their services to a high extent anymore. The bank CONSTANTLY makes errors. Call customer service, they tell you they don’t know so you need to come in to a branch. They make account errors, overdraw your account and then tell you it will take two weeks for them to refund you. It didn’t take you two weeks to withdraw my account. Why on gods green earth does it take TWO whole weeks to refund $200?!!!! 200 dollars. Then I’m told to make a deposit so the account reflects positively. Why the hell am I paying for the damn banks error!!! I already don’t leave money in the account because I refuse to bank with them on a high level. And this is exactly why. Never in my life. Small business owners STAY AWAY!!!!!! I’m so over this bank. You have better options. Try Citizens bank. Or TD Bank. Andres and Forrest are great at this branch. But Key Bank is a BIG NO going forward. A BIG ONE.
