Despite them reassuring customers that no changes will be made on the credit or debit cards, they reissued me a Discover card instead of a Mastercard. Now, I’ll need to change banks since a lot of places do not accept Discover and I already have a separate Discover account.

NabielAug 6, 20251.0Update: After an unreasonably long wait, the banker (Saroya) who helped us open accounts for my college-bound daughter was very helpful and kind, as was the cashier who helped us with funding the account (he was a polite, cheerful, young man whose name I, unfortunately, did not get). Briefly, the branch seems very chaotic and leaves one feeling like I did below. The two employees we interacted with were wonderful, I can't speak for the others (who did seem like they were not terribly happy to be there). Original review: Sadly, not a single positive thing comes to mind about this branch, from the location to the building to the staff. Speaking of the staff, it does not seem like they are happy to be there and couldn’t care less that nearly every customer seems to be irritated by the service (discourteous, at best).
