- SWSean WhittinAug 27, 20251.0I had to be added to my mom's poa and no one knew what documents were needed. Shelly said drivers license only, went to my local branch in Cortland was then asked for my social and no one could explain why my social was needed. Then the branch wanted to know more personal information without explaining the reason for it. Took 6 phone call and three different trips to bank to finally get added. I will never use keybank for any personal banking. I recommend using a credit union where the members actually matter and tellers care about accurate information. I recommend Americu!
- EDElena DaleJul 29, 20251.0Non-client just looking to cash a Wells Fargo check, as there aren't any Wells Fargo tellers in the area. I can take accountability for not clearly stating what kind of check it was, but the woman at the counter didn't do her job and make sure they could actually cash it. She stamped it on the back BEFORE realizing this, then tried to say all she could do was cross off the stamp, initial it, and give me a business card so other banks could confirm her mistake. The banks & check cashing location I called said this would not be enough to confirm the error, even if they could cash it. This was an extremely unprofessional way of going about things, and now I have to wait 30 days for my check to be reissued because of her incompetence. She should do better to play cose attention in the future.

- NLNick LeaboMar 30, 20221.0Don’t show up there with cash. You can make over a hundred thousand a year. Deposit cash from one account to another and they’ll freeze your account. Never had any issue with any other banks. Absolutely absurd.
