- AAAndrewAug 17, 20241.0very poor customer service. every time they do transactions there something gets messed up where I have to waste my time and come back another 2-3 times before they get it corrected. They don't answer their phones and let them just ring. When they do answer once in a million years they transfer you for no one to pick up. Not sure why these people still have jobs. I tried to do it via online but if you want the "promotional" rate you need to come in person which is the dumbest idea ever.
