That is the ONLY reason I go there. The ATM machines are often broken or unable to complete transactions, many of the tellers are inept, management is pathetic (they know less than the tellers) AND who ever heard of a bank that doesn't have a Notary. Although it's inconvenient, I will be changing banks.

I was in the bank on Saturday and was told my account would ne credited back and it has not been. I was given the card of the women that helped me and the managers card and you can not even leave a voice message. Is every one that busy really?
