  I have never had a problem with with this bank, my only complaint is ghe drive thru, twice it was closed during the week, and when it is open it takes forever fod a teller to come over, I have waited 12 minutes two times, unacceptable

  Used to love this branch until new management came in. New manager Rick sucks, this branch used to show unity, now it seems like no ones happy there anymore. Manager just sits in his office while all other employees are struggling with the high volume of customers. Higher ups need to do something, absolutely pathetic, get it together.

  I wish there was a star scale on each worker being as a branch id give 5 stars being the team that I’m familiar with adrianna, Erik, Mackenzie , nicole .. they are all amazing and I love them! The one thing I can’t stand is every time I come into the bank I see this new boss manager not sure he hasn’t said anything except complain and mocking the staff that I absolutely love I have worked w david, bob Jose with my Ira .. the financial advisor is amazing the named above r amazing but Rick I wish would acknowledge my comments and reward the staff they work very hard!!! I am literally here every week and I have never gotten a warm welcome from him but he is the manager. I will comment that when I am here, McKenzie and the staff named above has me in and out being I am on a tight tight schedule, so I also wanna comment on punctuality timing everything but one thing I can’t not stand, but if I could say why I wouldn’t give five stars is the Manager wreck again there was an Manager previously that wasn’t too kind but at the same time you can definitely feel the environment is different being that Rick is here again. I would wish you would look at me and say hello or hear any compliments I give. I’ll write it here thank you!!
