- CCCharlesOct 31, 20253.0It's a bank, what does one do at a bank. All I can say is that on the weekends is a little hectic, not enough personnel to assist clients on banking issues, long wait. Short in tellers on Fridays and Saturdays.

In person visits and phone calls are always pleasant and any questions or concerns are handled timely and with professionalism. I've moved all of my accounts to citibank, I actually find it to be the most convenient.
