  I have a business account with this branch through the years I've dealt with terrible customer service and crazy banking procedures but now they are charging a fee for cash deposits into a bank business account that is ridiculous makes no sense I'm paying you to put my money into your bank I will be transferring to Wells Fargo shortly because I also emailed customer service they responded after 7 days to tell me I need to call the branch this was customer service from there main campus through their banking website after you get through to the branch if you have a business account now they charge a fee for cash deposits over $5,000 a month I own a retail business of course it's over $5,000 a month they gave no notice either use a different bank this one is almost like it's owned by the mob taking a piece of everything.. update ... left 2 voicemail today as they don't pick up phone or call back.. email customer service and again no help.. need your branch that doesn't respond

  The automated system over the phone is horrible can't even set up a simple pin for a debit card l. Then when you try and get one of the ARABS on the phone it's "the automated system can do the let me transfer you " even after you explain its not working and before you can say anything you're transfered back to the same thing... horrible horrible horrible.. Hire some Americans please and ditched the automated

  I don’t usually write reviews on anything but I felt the need to because this was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. We had some business to handle after the passing of my grandmother and Stephanie Cushing took great care of us. She helped my brother and I for over an hour even offering us snacks because we were there for a while. She was very polite and even though it was a difficult process, she never seemed irritated or frustrated. I highly recommend this branch.
