- AAAshleyNov 6, 20251.0So it seems like every time I go in to use the atm it’s always “out of service. My fiancé has an account here going on two years now,and maybe a handful of times the atm has actually been working. If you want to use the atm do not stop here. I figured I would just go in to make a deposit into his account due to the atm not working again. I had his debit card, lady asked me if I was on the account, I said no she said she couldn’t help without the account number, which is understandable.Go out make a call come back in to wait on line another 20 mins, just for her to tell me now even with the account # she can’t make a deposit bc I’m not listed on the account. So I couldn’t even add money to his account due to the ATM being down again. I did not hear her ask anyone else for I.d. Or if they were on the account to the 10 ppl ahead of me, just me bc at first I didn’t kno the account #. When using the ATM I only need the card. I wasn’t trying to take money out, just making a deposit and they would not let me put money in his account. This is the worst bank and bank services around. So bc I couldn’t put money in I was late on a payment and my credit took a hit😡 this td bank is a joke. I see 6 workers just walking around and chatting,laughing, while one teller works the counter with a line of 20 ppl or more. What a joke.
- TBTee BeeOct 28, 20251.0Not too long ago TD Bank had four branches in the area. A few years ago they closed two of the four branches and a few months ago they closed another branch. Now they only have one branch left and they're so busy, but they still only have a few tellers working at a time. If you want to go to this bank you're going to have to wait forever. Right now I'm looking and there's a line all the way to the door. I'm currently waiting for my girlfriend just to deposit it

Before trying TD Bank, I visited two courier shops that advertised courier service (but the accredited notary would only come much later in the day), one credit union (the accredited notary could come in 45 minutes or so), another bank (no notary), and an “express” notary company (with no available appointments until in the evening. Well done TD Bank in Middletown.
- CCChrisAug 27, 20253.0Now that TD Bank closed down on Dolson Ave in Middletown the bank on 211 in Middletown is much busier. I use the bank for business. There needs to be people scheduled properly. One teller is not enough no mater it’s 9:30 or 11 am. The staff overall is very friendly.
