All of the count outs are done and can't be changed. I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank. I had been with a different bank for 35 years and because my account was hacked several times, they closed my account. Since I'm with Key bank I have had no hacks, makes me think Key is more secure than the other bank I was so devoted to. Everyone in the Middletown Key bank is extremely helpful and nice. I have been with them for about 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Some people just love to complain. Sometimes you need to overlook the small things and enjoy the big ones. I'm happy with Key bank on Dolson ave.

If you’re going to change your hours, at least update them… This is the only bank I know that does not have regular 9am-5pm banking hours. Major inconvenience to people with a job. Would’ve rated 0/5; if possible.
